I am working with an AWANA club that will be switching to Kids for Truth in the next year.

What have been some of the FAQ's that your clubs have experienced during this transition, as well as some concerns that may have been raised by Church Members.

We are attempting to compile a complete FAQ to present to the church body and current leaders upon the formal announcement, but would like some perspective from those who have been there.

Here's a start on a list of FAQ's we asked and were asked as we made the transition:
1. Will we still have the AWANA Store (or something similar)?

2. How much will K4T cost per child?

3. How will the kids be able to accomplish all the memorizing and quoting each week?

4. What will the schedule look like for each week K4T meets?

5. What if a kid gets behind in quoting? How will they catch up?

6. What about kids who come from unchurched homes? How will they be able to keep up with the memorizing and quoting?

7. How many truths will have to be quoted each week?

8. Will the kids be able to wait till Wednesday night to memorize what they will need to quote for that night?

9. How involved will the parents have to be with their kids with K4T?

10. Where do the teachers download their lesson plans from?

11. How are the TruthBooks used as personal devotions for the kids?

Thank you TJ for the idea and Monty for beginning a running list for FAQ for those changing to Kids 4 Truth.  We would love to receive more FAQ from other clubs.  I will compile all FAQ into one document and make it available on this site for ministries to use as needed.

 A lot of churches use AWANA. Our local church got started with it a while back.
