And then when it attempts to open, the file cannot open because it says it has an incorrect extension (what comes after the dot is a dot...which leads me to believe maybe the URL just has two dots in it accidentally?). 	jgillen said: I had the problem if I just clicked "Download", but when I right-clicked on the "download" button and choose "Save Target As" and actually saved the file, I was able to view it. SO you might try that. We'll look into the issue as well. Tks! 11-12-2007 12:22 PM
