Based upon feedback given me from my group leaders last year, I designed these forms to help our group secretaries manage the incremental progress of the clubbers within the various clubs. The intent was to supplement the Theme Patch Record Form that is already produced by K4T. The completion of this form leads to the use of the Theme Patch form which keeps track of a child's overall progress.

Sometimes kids would forget their TruthBooks and couldn't remember where they left off in their work within each case or construction zone, etc. At times we had a hard time determining which Q & A was recited and which was not or if they had completed the Memorize It! section or Truth Quest sections--especially if he had been absent for a couple of weeks! So this chart was devised so that even if a child forgets his TruthBook and has been absent, we know exactly how much work has been done within each construction zone, case, or adventure.

This form covers both Books 1 and 2 and is 16 pages long. Except for Discoverers, all of my clubs are working in Book 2 this year (Developers-Defenders B = 7th-8th grades). The Discoverers form is a little different from this one and will be uploaded separately.
