Thanksgiving Shipping Schedule

Thanksgiving is quickly approaching! In order to have any orders shipped before the Thanksgiving holiday, please make sure they are in by midnight, Tuesday, November 25th. All orders in by that time will be shipped on Wednesday, the last shipping day before Thanksgiving.

For orders placed after the 25th (November 26th - November 30th), these items will ship on Monday, December 1st.

Return Policies

Several questions have come in recently regarding our return policies - we are working to get these posted to the on-line store, but until we can get those up, we wanted to go ahead and post them here to the Clubs Blog where you can refer back to them as often as you need.

- Refunds are not available for download purchases. If there is a problem with the download purchased, a store credit will be issued. Problems must be reported no later than 30 days from purchase date.
- Any shipping discrepancies or damages must be reported within 30 days. Defective and damaged materials should be returned within 30 days after notifying Kids 4 Truth.
- Unused merchandise returned in clean, salable condition with no signs of use within 90 days of invoice date will be credited to your account, or refunded. No credit will be issued for materials returned after 90 days. Books will only be accepted if they are unopened. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns, as well as any new merchandise being shipped as an exchange.
- There is a 15% restocking fee on all items returned.
- Please allow 2 weeks for credit to be issued for returned merchandise.

Patch Inventory

Due to an vast increase in sales this year, we have are currently out of a few patches. All patches are on order, and supply should be replenished by the end of October. As soon as the new patches are in, we will begin shipping what is currently backordered.

Patches that are currently backordered include:

- Bonus Patches
- Cutout Magnifying Glass Patches
- Green Bulldozer Patches
- Yellow Shield Patches
- Green Sword Patches

A few others are running low, and if we run out of those, a new blog post will be posted listing all backordered patches.

Due to being out of some patches, several patch sets are also on backorder. In order to get as many patches to you as we can, if you order a patch set, you may see modifications to your order to show what patches can be shipped now, and what will be shipped at a later date. Changes to Shipping Procedures Coming Soon!

There are some changes that will be coming to Kids 4 Truth in the next few weeks. In order to be the most efficient as possible, we will be changing the location from which many of our products are shipped.

In order to assist you in your future purchasing, the list below will give you an idea of where certain items are shipped from:

I also wanted to let you know that we will no longer have "Will Call/Pickup" available as a shipping option. I know that many of our KC area churches have appreciated this option. However, in light of the changes being made, it is no longer feasible for us to offer this at this time.

Ordering for Fall

Fall is quickly approaching, and many of you will be starting up your clubs again for a new year! How exciting! We at Kids 4 Truth have been preparing for the new year as well, adding support staff, purchasing inventory, etc. We hope you'll find that some of our improvements are a big help to you.

One of the biggest improvements we've made is the release of our new on-line store - http://store.kids4truth.com. It now allows for invoicing of orders of any amount, improved tracking of shipments, easier navigation, and more.

In order to be invoiced through our on-line store, the Kids 4 Truth staff will need to add your account to the invoicing group. Please contact clubs@kids4truth.com if you'd like to have this option added to your account.

As we approach the fall, many churches will all be placing orders at the same time. The earlier you get your order in, the earlier we can get it to you. Please allow at least 2-3 weeks before you club begins for your order to arrive. The goal of the Kids 4 Truth staff is to ship orders 24-48 hours after the order is placed; however, during the busy fall ordering season, we cannot guarantee this. Orders will be shipped on a first come-first served basis. Also, please remember that banners take up to two weeks to be shipped, and shirts take up to four weeks.

Tech Updates

I wanted to write a quick post to let those of you using the Kids 4 Truth Clubs materials that we appreciate the feedback we have received. We currently have a handful of projects going on behind-the-scenes a bit to try to make your experience using the clubs materials and resources all that much easier.

This site - for those of you who have been with us for awhile, you will (hopefully) appreciate the new EquipU site. From the feedback we've recevied so far, the improvements we are seeing are also being seen by the general users. The membership in the site has grown substantially (up roughly 130 members since we transistioned the core platform).

"Live Support" - we've added Live Support to this site (button in the top-center of the header). This allows you direct access to our support staff to assist you with any questions you might have as well as if you simply find yourself "stuck" and unable to locate something. If we are "offline", the image will change and you still have the option to leave us a message.
This Blog - we are making a concerted effort to publish information more frequently to the community and this blog is one of our prime mechanisms for doing so. We also plan on using this blog as a means of letting you know of features and tools that we are working on (sometimes long before they are available) just so you have an idea of the direction we are heading and can plan accordingly

Online Store - we've received a number of comments (both positive and negative) about the online store. We are aware of some of the usability issues and are currently working on a a series of updates to the store that will hopefully ease the process of placing your orders. We don't have an exact date for the launch of these updates, but we're hoping to have something interesting by the end of the calendar year.
Main Website - I know its been a rumor for awhile, but we have a project underway to revamp/re-launch the entire Kids 4 Truth web platform - as you can imagine, this is no small task and is therefore schedule a ways out... look for something in the springtime (altough we may offer sneak-peeks prior to that point).

We've got more to share, but don't want to let all of the cats out of the bag quite yet... As always, we'd really appreciate your feedback and any suggestions you might have for tools and technologies that you'd like to see implemented and available for use in your club.
