 The Kids 4 Truth Team wishes you the best during the Thanksgiving holiday and trusts that you will have a blessed time thanking the Lord for all He has done for you and yours. We would like to take a few minutes to review our Thanksgiving and Christmas Holiday schedules as our offices will be closed a few days during both holidays so that our staff can spend valuable time with their families.

We are pleased to announce that Kids 4 Truth will be exhibiting at more conferences throughout the country this year. Kids 4 Truth will be exhibiting at the Connecting Church and Home Conference in Louisville, KY on August 26-27, 2011. Come meet our new North American Ministry Representative, Monty Kaufman at this event. Monty has been a youth pastor for many years and has used the Kids 4 Truth Curriculum since the fall of 2006. We are thrilled to have him on our staff and thankful for the opportunity to exhibit at the Connecting Church and Home Conference. A great way to add identity and club feel to your Kids 4 Truth Club is to use Kids 4 Truth Worker shirts and/or shirts for the children. Worker shirts help to identity workers as well as provide unity in look/feel to your club. For those who want a child’s uniform instead of just the awards standard, we have children’s shirts available. Our shirts come in a variety of styles and colors to meet the needs of your church or your workers. In addition, we are more than happy to look up special sizes for those in your ministry who need extra small, extra large, or tall sizes. Colors

All apparel items have a standard 2-4 week turn around time, and are often shipped from a different warehouse than our curriculum items. We do stock many of the economy polo shirts; however, we cannot guarantee they are in stock. Call or email us if you want to know what garments are in stock and can be shipped out quicker. Sale!

This post will only pertain to those shipping to Canada: As we write this post the Canadian Postal System is on strike. This strike is affecting United States Postal Service (USPS) to Canada. Therefore, we recommend that you ship UPS to a residential address. Kids 4 Truth has an agreement with UPS that if a package is delivered to a residential address the brokerage fee will be just $10 instead of the $50+ brokerage fees churches have seen in the past. It is important to note that you will have customs fees in addition to the brokerage fees as you would with any shipping carrier. UPS carries the added benefit that your package will have a tracking number that will show shipment updates from our door to yours. If you want USPS the only option we can give at this time is Global Express. Global Express is more expensive than other shipping methods but does allow you the option of USPS if that is what you prefer. For your convenience we found the following post from USPS on June 23, 2011: CANADA POST AND UNION REMAIN REMAINS AT IMPASSE; VOTE ON BACK-TO-WORK LEGISLATION MAY COME SOON. USPS still is not accepting mail to Canada except for Global Express Guaranteed (GXG). Legislation was introduced in the Canadian Parliament earlier in the week to force workers back to work. With contract negotiations between the union and Canada Post at a standstill, the Canadian government will now begin considering the legislation. Canada Post has notified the Postal Service that Parliament will work through the weekend if necessary to bring legislation to a vote. USPS will begin moving into Canada all mail currently held in its network once it receives notification from Canada Post it has resumed normal operations. USPS has been in contact with Canada Post and is working on plans to ensure minimal delays. It is that time of year again! Time for our annual curriculum sale. For the past few years Kids 4 Truth has hosted an annual curriculum sale from June 15 to July 31 when we offer a savings of 10% on printed curriculum books (TruthBooks, Entrance Exams, and Parallels Documents), Award Standards, and Award Patches. Ordering your supplies during the sale ensures you will have the supplies on time when you begin the club this fall and helps our staff to spread the order fulfillment load during the busy summer months. Busy Season (June – October) is upon us and the Kids 4 Truth team is working diligently to field calls, chats, and fill orders. With this in mind we have several office reminders: Shipping All orders are shipped the next business day, assuming we have the item in stock. If you need a rush order, please call our office. BUSY SEASON EXCEPTION - ALL ORDERS: Please allow 2-3 weeks processing time for all orders during this time of year. If you need faster processing/shipping times, you should call or email our staff to see what we can do for you. Simply choosing next day, 2nd day, or 3 day select will not guarantee you receive your shipment faster or with those deadlines. No Shipments: Kids 4 Truth Shipping Warehouse will be closed June 11-18. If you place an order during that time, the order will be shipped the week of June 20. Lowering Shipment Costs: You can lower your shipping costs by shipping to a business address (church or job) and choosing the UPS ground option. This is normally a $1-3 saving per shipment. Garments and Vinyl Banners: Remember these items have a standard 2-4 week turn around time. We do stock many of the economy polo shirts; however, we cannot guarantee they are in stock. Call or email us if you want to know what garments are in stock and can be shipped out quicker. Phone Calls and Chat line During the months of June to October our customer service department fields many phone calls and chat line questions. We operate extended customer service hours so that we are more readily available to meet your needs. - Phone Calls: If you get our voicemail, we are normally on another call and would ask that you leave a message. Voicemail messages are delivered to our email, and we will respond as quickly as possible.
- Online Chat: Please feel free to use the online chat feature. This feature works much along the lines of an instant message client. When the Chat Now tab is highlighted in green one or more of our customer service personnel is available to answer your questions. Simply type in your question and we will respond. This is especially helpful when you are looking for products on the online store or documents on the EquipU site as we can give you the link for the item.
- Conference Calls: We are happy to schedule a conference call with your ministry so that more than one person at your ministry can talk to us at the same time. This is often helpful when Pastors and Club/Program Directors are meeting and would like questions answered by our staff. We are available to schedule these calls outside of normal business hours if desired.
- Video Conference Calls: We are happy to schedule a video conference call with your ministry using Microsoft Live Meeting so that more than one person at your ministry can talk to us at the same time. This is often helpful when Pastors and Club/Program Directors are meeting and would like questions answered by our staff. The advantage of the video conference call is that we can show you items we are speaking about – files or items you would like to visualize. We are available to schedule these calls outside of normal business hours if desired.

The Kids 4 Truth staff is pleased to announce the release of printed Teacher Lesson Plans. These notebooks are available as a convenience item for those who wish to purchase the Teacher TruthTime Lesson Plans in a printed format. Currently, we only have the main lesson plans available in the pre-printed format. At this time the Discoverers Teacher TruthTime Lesson Plans are available as a free download only. Please note that we will continue to offer the Teacher TruthTime Lesson Plans free of charge on our EquipU site. This will allow those who like to print the lessons themselves or those who want to study at home using the online lessons the opportunity to continue to use as they have in the past. - Main Teacher Lesson Plans – Recommended to use with level 2-4 age children but can also be used with level 1 children.
- Each notebook contains 6 doctrinal themes with 10 lessons per doctrinal theme for a total of 60 Teacher TruthTime Lesson Plans.

This is a fun, exciting VBS program with a Medieval theme. The program is available as a downloadable zip file. Purchasing the download gives you permission to print/use the program as you wish for your ministry. This program is currently available in KJV, NKJV, ESV, and NASB.
The Kids 4 Truth Special Events Programs are designed to use for Vacation Bible Schools, evangelistic and revival services, and camping ministries. Because we know that each ministry is unique in its size, people, and location, we have designed our programs to be very flexible. You, as the director of the program, may choose to use the program in its entirety or just pieces of the program. The Kids 4 Truth programs are run much like a mini-camp experience. The children are broken down into two teams to promote excitement and motivation to come and learn. The program is fast-paced, full of excitement and energy, and soaked with Biblical Truth. We use “Kid Magnets” (objects and events that attract children) and exciting decorations and themes to excite and promote interest with not only the children in the church but also the children in the community. This program contains both individual and team competition that encourages children to learn Truths from God’s Word and to invite those from the community to attend. How to Vote: If you want to join their game, you will need to vote for your favorite e-card design by sending the e-card to clubs@kids4truth.com. Be sure to follow these instructions:
- Choose an e-card from the Kids 4 Truth e-card page (http://kids4truth.com/Stuff2Do/SendECards.aspx).
- Include a message to our staff that includes a personal note including the name of the church you attend (include the city/state where church is located)

- Church Prize
- The church who is listed by the most entries wins.
- All entries count whether or not they voted for the winning e-card design.

- All entries who “voted” for the winning entry will be entered in a drawing.
- Kids 4 Truth Staff member will draw out a winner from those who “voted” for the winning e-card.
Prizes:

All entries came from churches who use Kids 4 Truth curriculum! This made Zeek and Zebedee very excited. They are ready to announce not only our winner but also the name of their new friend.
We would like for everyone to welcome Zachariah to the Kids 4 Truth Website! Of our correct entries, Kole’s name was drawn as the winner. Kole has attended Kids 4 Truth club at Tri-City Ministries since preschool and will graduate from the club this fall as he goes into junior high school. Kole has won a silicone bracelet and one of our new totes as prizes for winning the contest. Since his church uses Kids 4 Truth, his church wins a multi-pack of postcards and 100 of the new Zeek, Zebedee, and Zachariah Stickers. Congratulations to Kole! Zeek, Zebedee and Zachariah had so much fun with this contest that they have asked us to start another contest.
