It is that time of year again! Time for our annual curriculum sale. For the past few years Kids 4 Truth has hosted an annual curriculum sale from June 15 to July 31 when we offer a savings of 10% on printed curriculum books (TruthBooks, Entrance Exams, and Parallels Documents), Award Standards, and Award Patches. Ordering your supplies during the sale ensures you will have the supplies on time when you begin the club this fall and helps our staff to spread the order fulfillment load during the busy summer months.
Busy Season (June – October) is upon us and the Kids 4 Truth team is working diligently to field calls, chats, and fill orders. With this in mind we have several office reminders:
Shipping
All orders are shipped the next business day, assuming we have the item in stock. If you need a rush order, please call our office.
BUSY SEASON EXCEPTION - ALL ORDERS: Please allow 2-3 weeks processing time for all orders during this time of year. If you need faster processing/shipping times, you should call or email our staff to see what we can do for you. Simply choosing next day, 2nd day, or 3 day select will not guarantee you receive your shipment faster or with those deadlines.
No Shipments: Kids 4 Truth Shipping Warehouse will be closed June 11-18. If you place an order during that time, the order will be shipped the week of June 20.
Lowering Shipment Costs: You can lower your shipping costs by shipping to a business address (church or job) and choosing the UPS ground option. This is normally a $1-3 saving per shipment.
Garments and Vinyl Banners: Remember these items have a standard 2-4 week turn around time. We do stock many of the economy polo shirts; however, we cannot guarantee they are in stock. Call or email us if you want to know what garments are in stock and can be shipped out quicker.
Phone Calls and Chat line
During the months of June to October our customer service department fields many phone calls and chat line questions. We operate extended customer service hours so that we are more readily available to meet your needs.
- Phone Calls: If you get our voicemail, we are normally on another call and would ask that you leave a message. Voicemail messages are delivered to our email, and we will respond as quickly as possible.
- Online Chat: Please feel free to use the online chat feature. This feature works much along the lines of an instant message client. When the Chat Now tab is highlighted in green one or more of our customer service personnel is available to answer your questions. Simply type in your question and we will respond. This is especially helpful when you are looking for products on the online store or documents on the EquipU site as we can give you the link for the item.
- Conference Calls: We are happy to schedule a conference call with your ministry so that more than one person at your ministry can talk to us at the same time. This is often helpful when Pastors and Club/Program Directors are meeting and would like questions answered by our staff. We are available to schedule these calls outside of normal business hours if desired.
- Video Conference Calls: We are happy to schedule a video conference call with your ministry using Microsoft Live Meeting so that more than one person at your ministry can talk to us at the same time. This is often helpful when Pastors and Club/Program Directors are meeting and would like questions answered by our staff. The advantage of the video conference call is that we can show you items we are speaking about – files or items you would like to visualize. We are available to schedule these calls outside of normal business hours if desired.
