We trust this newsletter will be a blessing to you as it highlights the latest happenings with Kids 4 Truth’s curriculum and clubs program. Whether you are operating a club, a different type of children’s church program, using the curriculum as homeschool material, or simply curious to learn more about Kids 4 Truth – we are glad to serve you!
Shipping Information
One of the most common requests we receive is that we ship all items in an order from the same location. (In the past, we have had our vendors ship products directly to you instead of maintaining a large warehouse. As a result of this, it was not unusual to have multiple shipping charges within a given order – one per source warehouse.) We are happy to announce that we are working toward more centralized solutions. So far, we have combined 3 of our warehouses into 1 and are now down to 3 warehouses total instead of 5. We trust that this will make ordering supplies more convenient for our churches.

The goal of the Kids 4 Truth staff is to ship orders 24-48 business hours after the order is placed. Please remember: Banners take up to 2 weeks to be shipped, and shirts can take up to 4 weeks.
Tax Exempt Letters Needed
Over the past year Kids 4 Truth has moved more of its operations to Knoxville, TN, and many of our items are now shipped from there. Unfortunately, the time has come that we would have to begin charging TN sales tax in addition to the MO sales tax. If your church is located in TN or MO we need to have a copy of your tax exempt certificate on file in order to remove sales tax from your orders. (Churches from other states are welcomed to send in tax exempt letters, but at this time it is not required in order for you to avoid sales tax.) You may send your tax exempt certificate to us one of three ways:

Once we have your tax exempt letter on file we will manually remove Sales Tax from your orders after they are placed and your new total will be reflected on your invoice and the online store.
February/March Sale
During the month of February the Kids 4 Truth music will be on sale for 10% off of regular prices. This includes our songbook and music CDs (http://kids4truth.com/store/Music-C73.aspx), but does not include the downloadable files (MP3, PDF, etc.).
During the month of March the Kids 4 Truth tracts and bookmarks will be on sale for 10% off of regular prices. This includes our Dynabox Tract, Passion Tract, and all bookmarks (http://kids4truth.com/store/Bookmarks-C70.aspx and http://kids4truth.com/store/Tracts-C7.aspx).
Updated Resources
The Kids 4 Truth Staff has recently updated the following resources:
o Discoverers TTLPs (Teacher TruthTime Lesson Plans) – edited to reflect
§ New Numbering
§ 6-digit number plus letter to reflect within the lesson plan its corresponding spot in the TruthBook (first two digits = level number; second two digits = doctrinal theme number; third two digits = unit/Q&A number)
§ Second 4 digit number in parenthesis lines the lesson up with the 120 Q&A within the other levels (first two digits = doctrinal theme number and second two digits = unit/q&a number)

Truth in Real Life Moments
We are thrilled to announce a new feature to the Kids 4 Truth devotional site. "Truth in Real Life Moments" are real-life audio stories written about real Christians who lived a life for Christ, and dramatically presented especially for Kids 4 Truth listeners.
Webinar Training Events
In addition to our regular Regional Training Events, we are now scheduling Webinars (training events via the internet). Regular training events will be scheduled twice a month with one session lasting approximately 2 hours, meant to cover a number of general training issues. The second event each month will be a specific topical session that lasts approximately 45 minutes. Please be sure to visit the online forums on EquipU (http://equipu.kids4truth.com) to RSVP for events and download training manuals.
