    Kids 4 Truth is please to invite you to take a virtual tour of the Kids 4 Truth EquipU site. This free site is available as a resource to anyone but especially for those using the Kids 4 Truth Clubs.

  • Kids 4 Truth Live Online Support

    The Kids 4 Truth Online support is an unique feature that allows you to speak directly to a Kids 4 Truth operator.  The operator is able to send chatlinebuttonyou links and direct you to the items you need.  We recommend that you use the chat line whenever you cannot find resources, materials, or products on any of our sites. Using the chat line instead of calling us on the phone will allow our operators to send you a link that you can click on that will take you directly to the item you are requesting.  This saves you time and frustration by not having to write down and/or type in a long web address for the item. 

    The online support is very easy to use.  An operator is available anytime the live chat box is shown in lime green.  Click on the box and type in your name, email address, and your question.  Please wait while our operator answers your question.  This may take a few minutes as the operator clicks to accept your question.  The operator will begin by introducing himself/herself.  This gives you the name of the person you are speaking to.  The operator will then answer your questions and stay with you until you are finished talking.  If the operator feels  you need to talk with someone else, he/she may transfer you to another operator. 

    You may save or print the conversations for your future reference by clicking the save or print button at the top of the chat screen before you exit the conversation.

    Chat lines are manned by staff, interns, and volunteers.  We strive to have operators available from 9 AM to 3 PM central time and sometimes throughout the evenings or weekends.  We will increase our support hours as more operators are added.
