We offer our Parallels Document, TruthBooks, Entrance Exams, and TruthCards as downloadable files for your convenience. Downloadable files do not cost as much as the printed version because you will be doing the printing of the files instead of us. These files are often used by churches who have a tighter budget, those who are using only a theme or two during the summer, those who want to go on a slower pace and keep budget costs lower, those who are reviewing the program and materials, small group leader notebooks, and for those children who have forgotten or lost their TruthBook. Each downloadable file carries a license agreement. The license agreement limits the number of copies one can make per file purchased. Downloadable file licenses help to pay website hosting fees, pay salaries for staff to create resources, and cover our general operating expenses. Our websites and resources are available for both churches and individuals to use.
By limiting the copies one can make per download we are able to offer the downloadable files at lower cost. If churches and individuals do not honor our license requests it will limit the amount of future resources, website services such as web numbers pages, and additional resources for the EquipU site and/or cause us to raise the cost of the downloadable files. We ask that churches and individuals respect our downloadable license agreements but purchasing additional licenses as they need more copies. Please remember, we never solicit local churches for donations, we do not charge charter fees or membership dues, and we provide all our teacher lesson plans free-of-charge.
An easy way to calculate the number of licenses one needs is to take the number of copies needed and divide the number of copies per download license. This sum equals the number of downloadable files/licenses you should purchase. (For example: For 20 TruthBook copies needed: divide 20 by 5 copies per downloadable file = 4 downloadable files/licenses to purchase.)
